We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership or event registration. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to help clarify your rights and our process.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Membership Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your membership with Entrepreneur Network, please notify us in writing via email at contact@entrepreneur.org.in or call us at 9755129633.
• All membership cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
• Upon cancellation, you will have access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

1.2 Event Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your registration for an event organized by Entrepreneur Network, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund.
• Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the event.

1.3 Workshops & Seminars

• For paid workshops or seminars, cancellations made more than 5 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made 24 hours before the start of the workshop or seminar.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds on Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in special cases where an error occurred on our end, such as duplicate billing. Refunds for any erroneous charges must be requested within 14 days of the charge.

2.2 Event and Workshop Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after a successful cancellation request is received.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration or purchase.

2.3 Processing Fees

• Any refunds processed may be subject to a 3% processing fee to cover administrative costs. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

3. Changes and Modifications to Services

• Entrepreneur Network reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, workshops, or other services. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, attendees will be notified via email and will have the option to either reschedule their participation or receive a full refund.
• Entrepreneur Network is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
