The Campus2Startup initiative aims to connect and empower students from management, technical colleges, and universities in Chhattisgarh to foster entrepreneurship development and hands-on skill-building. Through this program, students will be guided to take ownership of their entrepreneurial journey, supported by a strong mentor network and collaborative community.

Program Overview: Campus2Startup

The Campus2Startup program under Chhattisgarh Entrepreneur Network (CEN) will provide students with the platform, resources, and mentorship to transform their entrepreneurial ideas into successful startups. The program focuses on developing leadership, business acumen, and practical entrepreneurial skills among students, encouraging self-driven initiatives.

1. Structure & Membership

Membership Drive

  • Open to All: Every student from management, technical streams, and other interested disciplines in universities and colleges across Chhattisgarh can join Campus2Startup.
  • Inclusivity: The program encourages participation from students with entrepreneurial ambitions, irrespective of their academic background.
  • Awareness Campaigns: Promotion through on-campus events, social media outreach, and interactive sessions to drive membership across colleges and universities.

Executive Body Formation

  • Democratic Elections: Each college chapter of Campus2Startup will hold elections to form an executive body.
  • Executive Roles:
    • President: Leads the chapter and sets strategic direction.
    • Vice-President: Supports the president and handles specific initiatives.
    • Treasurer: Manages finances and event budgets.
    • Event Coordinator: Organizes workshops, events, and competitions.
    • PR/Marketing Coordinator: Drives promotion, manages social media, and ensures community engagement.

This structure ensures a student-led approach, enabling participants to learn leadership and organizational skills while building a collaborative entrepreneurial culture.

2. Self-Driven Curriculum & Programs

Entrepreneurship Curriculum

  • Student-Designed Learning: Students will co-create a flexible curriculum with guidance from Entrepreneur Network mentors, focusing on:
    • Business Planning
    • Marketing Strategies
    • Financial Management
    • Product Development
    • Operations & Scaling
    • Legal Frameworks
  • Practical Learning: The curriculum will include real-world case studies, startup simulations, business plan presentations, and peer-reviewed projects.

Practical Training Programs

  • Workshops & Skill Development:
    • Focused on core skills like leadership, communication, networking, project management, and entrepreneurial mindset development.
    • These workshops will be led by students with support from mentors, offering hands-on learning experiences.
  • Startup Labs:
    • Students will form teams to work on real-world challenges, develop innovative solutions, and create viable business models.
    • Teams will receive guidance from mentors on ideation, execution, and scaling strategies.

Entrepreneurship Events

  • Bi-Monthly or Quarterly Events: Regular events where students will pitch business ideas, showcase startups, and engage in peer learning through networking.

    • Campus2Startup will host business plan competitions, innovation challenges, and hackathons to inspire students to convert their ideas into startups.
